Approximately 7% of all people are gay. Since they have two parents, 14% have a gay child. Since each gay has 4 grandparents, that's another 28%. Added up it's 49%. Now ask yourself, since almost 1 out of every 2 of these people have a gay family member, how do you think they will feel when that person finally comes out of the closet and asks why their family voted to discriminate against them? It's a harsh reality that many people either never considered on election day or were too self involved in their religious bigotry to care. Read More
